PacTrans and Credit Union of Southern California Unite
It’s official. Effective September 1, 2023, PacTrans and Credit Union of Southern California (CU SoCal) will unite as one credit union. We will bring the PacTrans heritage and knowledge of our Member community to a new era in our history—as CU SoCal.
This union marks an important milestone in PacTrans 84-year history. Our credit union has navigated through the years alongside our Members, changing and growing together. This partnership is no different.
Uniting our credit unions is a step forward—for PacTrans and for our Members. As a result of our merger, Members will have more conveniences, extended hours, and enhanced technology. Additionally, Members and our communities will benefit from the CU SoCal Helping Hands charity, which provides resources to help improve the quality of life of impoverished individuals and families living in the Southern California area.
As we continue this exciting move forward as one combined credit union, we want to thank you for your loyalty. Together, we will continue our long legacy of placing people before profit and making a positive difference by how we serve you.
