NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF
PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
At the Credit Union’s Annual Meeting of Members on Monday, September 27, 2021, three positions on the Credit Union’s seven-member Board of Directors will be elected to fill the expiring terms of current Board members John Yettaw, David Watkins, and Howard Cordova. The 2021 Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors has nominated these same individuals for re-election to serve another three-year term. Each of these individuals has certified in writing that they are agreeable to the nomination and will agree to serve if elected.
Nominations may also be made by written petition from any member. Written petitions must be filed with the Secretary of the Credit Union no later than Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Each nomination must include a signed certification that the nominee is agreeable to the nomination and will agree to serve if elected. The election will not be conducted via ballot and no nominations will be accepted from the floor during the meeting.
